This PR solves a problem where the secret would not be added to a block, if the dropdown in the content preview was used to select a view.
It also solves an issue where the blocks would not be shown on the website without the proper capabilities.
It is NOT possible to hide blocks for certain users in the backed; therefor I removed the capabilities check.
